MARY MUNFORD ASE PROGRAM SPRING 2025
The Mary Munford After School Enrichment (ASE) program provides a great opportunity for children to experience and learn about a variety of offerings after school in the areas of science, art, athletics, cooking and more!
- Financial Assistance is available for all ASE offerings. Please contact Rose Gordon to discuss options.
- 100% of Class Fee goes to the Instructor/Vendor
- Many classes are taught by Munford teachers/staff
- ASE classes start the week of March 10th and run for SIX (6) weeks.
- No class the week of March 31st for Spring Break

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REGISTRATION
- During registration, some classes may fill up quickly - register early if your child wants a specific class.
- Your child’s enrollment is not confirmed until you have checked out. A class in your cart does not reserve a spot.
- If the course does not reach its minimum enrollment, the vendor may choose not to offer the class. We take all measures possible to avoid that outcome, but if it occurs you will be refunded.
- Once the registration period is over, we cannot guarantee any changes to enrollment or refunds Make sure you plan ahead to avoid mistaken enrollments/scheduling conflicts for your child.
Spring 2025 ASE Class Dates
Monday classes meet: March 10, 17, 24; April 7, 14, 21; Make-up starts April 28
Tuesday classes meet: March 11, 18, 25; April 8, 15, 22; Make-up starts April 29
Wednesday classes meet: March 12, 19, 26; April 9, 16, 23; Make-up starts April 30
Except for Calling all Swifties which starts/ends one week later due to instructor’s schedule
Thursday classes meet: March 13, 20, 27; April 10, 17, 24; Make-up starts May 1
Friday classes meet: March 14, 21, 28; April 11, 18, 25; Make-up starts May 2
- In the event that a class cancelation is unavoidable, cancellations will be communicated via email, so please be sure that your contact information in the registration system is current.
- Information about make-up classes will be communicated by the vendor, but make up classes will generally be scheduled on the same corresponding day of the week beginning the week after the end of the 6 week schedule.
