The ASE program offers children the chance to explore new interests and learn in fun, hands‑on ways. Classes cover a wide range of topics, including science, art, athletics, cooking, and more.

• Sessions: Fall (begins early September) and Spring (begins early March)
• Length: Each session runs for 6 weeks
• Times: Most classes run from 2:45–4:00 pm, with some extending to 4:30 pm
• Pick‑Up: Parents/caregivers should arrive 5 minutes before dismissal

👩‍🏫 Instructors
- 100% of class fees go directly to the instructor/vendor.
- Many classes are taught by Munford teachers and staff.

📌 Registration Information

• Classes fill up very quickly — be online at the start of registration if your child wants a specific class.
• Enrollment is not confirmed until checkout is complete. Adding a class to your cart does not reserve a spot.
• If a course does not meet minimum enrollment, the vendor may cancel. Refunds will be issued if this occurs.
• Once registration closes, changes or refunds cannot be guaranteed. Please plan ahead to avoid scheduling conflicts or mistaken enrollments.

A few more comments

• In the event that a class cancellation is unavoidable, cancellations will be communicated via email, so please be sure that your contact information in the registration system is current.  
• Information about make-up classes will be communicated by the vendor, but make up classes will generally be scheduled on the same corresponding day of the week beginning the week after the end of the 6 week schedule.
• If your child is enrolled in YMCA Aftercare (indicated on the registration form at sign-up) they will be brought to the cafeteria where they will be checked in as normal. Pick up as normal.
