Spooky Saturday is our annual fall festival + Halloween carnival. While this community event changes over the years, it is always a much loved celebration by all. Bring the whole family, invite your neighbors -- everyone is welcome!

General wristbands are good for unlimited access to all games and inflatables.
Basement wristband is good for unlimited entry into the 'Spooky Basement'. Wristbands are not required for adults or children less than 3 years of age; however, we greatly encourage a DONATION as the kiddos enjoy the festivities.

About the 'Spooky' Basement:
This SPOOKY walk-through from yesteryear is back again by demand and spookier than ever! Recommended for older grade levels (3rd+). Think scary noises, lights (strobe/black lights), skeletons, and 'jump scares'!
The haunted basement begins inside on the kindergarten wing and exits by the enclosed staircase near the bike racks. There will be one parent volunteer at the beginning and another at the end, along with volunteer teens (in costume/scaring) throughout.
Parents/caregivers are encouraged to escort wary kiddos through the haunt (admission ticket not required).

Inflatables-Obstacle Course: One volunteer at the obstacle course entrance and one at the end to ensure safety and spacing between kids.

Inflatables-Fall Harvest Theme Themed 5-N-1 Combo: 2 Volunteers to ensure safety

|
Inflatables-Frisbee Toss/Milk Jug Toss: 1 Volunteer to facilitate line movement for both Milk Jug Toss and Frisbee Toss
|
|
Inflatables-30' Atomic Rock Climb Slide: 1 Volunteer for line management and 1 for safety at end of slide/also can assist with other inflatables

|
Inflatables-Petal Karts: 2 Volunteers to ensure safety and following rules

|
Basement Setup - Decorating: Help hang sheets, cobwebs, and all the decorations for the spooky basement.
|
|
Basement Entrance: 1 Volunteer to help control the number of people who go down at a time.
|
|
Basement Exit: 1 Volunteer to make sure kids exit the basement in an orderly manner and that no one tries to enter through the exit.
|
|
Basement Take Down: Help take down all the spooky basement decorations and store them away for next year!

Setup/Takedown-Day-of Setup: Day-of setup:
|
|
Pavilion-Check in Table: 4 Volunteers for the first hour, then 2 for the second shift, followed by 1 person to hold down the fort until check-in closes at 3:30.
Help direct folks that already have bracelets to various activities and areas. Sell bracelets, etc. to anyone paying at the door.

Pavilion-Raffle Baskets: Sell raffle tickets to the Spooky Raffle!
|
|
Pavilion-MM + Spooky Merch: Sell Munford and Spooky merch
|
|
Spooky Take Down (4pm-5pm): Help us clean up all the decorations, put away tables and chairs, and store away all the lawn games.

|
Games: Games: help facilitate/manage the game you are assigned to!
|
|
Extra Volunteers: Happy to help with Spooky in some way, but don’t really care what you do? This job’s for you!
